Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Juniper switches and routers.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.Develop, maintain, and update network documentation using tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.Create, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs, DMVPNs, and IPsec site-to-site tunnels to ensure secure connectivity.Provide expert-level troubleshooting and implementation for Palo Alto firewalls, including VPNs, NAT, security policies, security profiles, HA, RMA processes, and Panorama integration.Collaborate with ISPs and third-party vendors to coordinate network operations and resolve issues as needed.Support SD-WAN solutions, particularly HP/Aruba, and ensure smooth operations.Handle escalation calls and ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved within SLA timelines (P1, P2).Manage centralized network configurations using Panorama and Juniper Mist.Monitor, maintain, and optimize port channels, NAT, STP, RSTP, VTP, HSRP, and VRRP.Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and be able to implement them effectively.Facilitate cross tower collaboration and effective communication with all the stake holders.Primary skillsConfigure, deploy, and troubleshoot Juniper switches and routers.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.Manage centralized network configurations using Panorama and Juniper Mist.Provide expert-level troubleshooting and implementation for Palo Alto firewalls, including VPNs, NAT, security policies, security profiles, HA, RMA processes, and Panorama integration.Support SD-WAN solutions, particularly HP/Aruba, and ensure smooth operations.Monitor, maintain, and optimize port channels, NAT, STP, RSTP, VTP, HSRP, and VRRP.Secondary skillsProvide expert-level troubleshooting and implementation for Palo Alto firewalls & support SD-WAN solutions.
